MySql - "Entity Data Model Wizard" disappears after I select database and click Next !!!

Hello

I am trying to connect asp.net MVC new project to Mysql database.

I try to add new ADO.NET Entity Data Model and I follow the wizard but the wizard window disappears after I create the connection string and select the database from the drop down list. 

I do not know what is the problem. I am trying to solve this issue since more than two days but no way.

I am using the following :

1. .net Connector 8.0.20.0,
2. MySql.Data 8.0.20.0 
3. MySql.Data.EntityFramework 8.0.20.0

But still having the same issue.

I tried the steps in the following link :

But still no change.
