New MSOLEDB Driver and time retrieval

Hi guys,

In order to support TLS 1.2 we have upgraded the OLE DB driver however dates are now retrieved in a different format than the previous driver. Is there a way to specify this somewhere? Otherwise I will need to inspect all of date formats to ensure we're getting the correct results.
