Calling SSIS package using C# code

I am calling SSIS package using c# code by using below dll "C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL\Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.IntegrationServices\11.0.0.0__89845dcd8080cc91\Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.IntegrationServices.dll"
Is there any equalat nuget package available for this.
Because i am facing issue in server while executing my code.
